Begin your journey and embrace your peri menopause and menopausal journey with Kundalini yoga and meditation.  Each week we will follow a topic that will help to relieve symptoms by balancing our hormones and re-connecting back to our bodies.

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient form of yoga and has been handed down from master to yogi over the last 5,000 years and is a science.  Just like any other physics, astrology or astronomy and math.  Through a series of specific movements, breath patterns and healing vibrational sound we can alter the state of our blood chemistry and create new neuro patterns within our body.


Enhancing our overall well being and making a positive impact on our life and relationships with ourselves and others. Grow in confidence and learn to reconnect with your physical, emotional and mental bodies and other subtle layers in between.



This course will be interactive with Live Classes and a facebook support group to connect with other women embarking on this journey of transformation.
