Kundalini yoga works with all three parts of our mind body and soul , therefore finding our true authentic self and finding your higher awareness of self. Working with a set number of exercises using the breathwork and mantra we can work through any situation, these are called Kryas.

Working with the parasympathetic nervous system and vagus nerve we shift the body into the rest and digest mode to calm our mind chatter and physical symptoms of anxiety. A kundalini meditation for stress will help you to tap into your rest and digest system and transforming your energy.
I have been fortunate to study with a third generation Master yogi, Guru Singh and well known yogi Brett Larkin my 200 hour Kundalini Teacher Training. Over the Covid panademic I have studied on line and gained this certificate so I can share my love for this profound and inspiring form of yoga. I've recently started my yoga journey I attend jenny yoga class on Fridays and find it thoroughly enjoyable the whole experience, jennys so inspiring truly lovely person very knowledgeable .
