All the cells in our body are sound resonators so cells share resonance to form an organ, and every organ will respond as a group to particular sound vibrations just like all the different instruments which make up a beautiful sounding orchestra.

I've recently started my yoga journey I attend jenny yoga class on Fridays and find it thoroughly enjoyable the whole experience, jennys so inspiring truly lovely person very knowledgeable . I’m in my early 50’s and wanted to try and prize myself out of my comfort zone so I decided to try Jenny’s Kundalini yoga beginners class and have really enjoyed it. I’ve always suffered with lower back pain and more recently shoulder tension and have found the yoga stretches to be massively beneficial. I always leave feeling so much bet
I’m in my early 50’s and wanted to try and prize myself out of my comfort zone so I decided to try Jenny’s Kundalini yoga beginners class and have really enjoyed it. I’ve always suffered with lower back pain and more recently shoulder tension and have found the yoga stretches to be massively beneficial. I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrive in both body and mind. The meditation part at the end has been surprisingly enjoyable and I have since also attended a one hour deep relaxation session which was a great experience with clear mental health benefits. Jenny is very welcoming and instils a lovely calm to her classes. She always gives you an alternative option if the stretch is difficult and happily pauses if you need to ask a question. I will certainly be continuing my yoga journey with Jenny’s classes and I’m more than happy with my decision to try something new and different.
